Take a few minutes each day to do a combination of stretching, strengthening and awareness exercises. This reinforces and supports the beneficial properties of PROPRIO® foot orthoses.

These exercises are for strengthening those muscles too weak to maintain healthy joint positions or prevent improper loading.

These exercises help gently stretch and relax shortened or strained muscles. Muscle shortening is the often the result of (non-ergonomic) working postures, sedentary lifestyles or unilateral training.
