Strengthen the foot muscles

(1) Starting position

(2) Slowly tear the newspaper with your toes

(3) Slowly tear the newspaper with your toes

(4) Slowly tear the newspaper with your toes, creating as many little snippets as possible

Instruction

(1) Put a newspaper in front of a chair, then sit on the chair so that both feet are resting comfortably on the newspaper. (2-4) Grasp the newspaper with your toes and slowly tear it apart page by page. Attempt to tear it into as many little pieces as possible.

 

Repetition: At least one minute daily
