Stimulate blood circulation in the foot through self-massage

(1) Starting position

(2) Roll the ball back and forth with the sole of your foot

(3) Roll the ball back and forth with the sole of your foot

(4) Roll the ball back and forth with the sole of your foot

(5) Roll the ball back and forth with the sole of your foot

Instructions

Sit down or remain standing, whichever is more comfortable for you. (1) Lay a small ball (e.g. a studded ball or a tennis ball) on the ground and hold it with slight pressure but firmly under your foot. (2-5) Now roll the ball back and forth with the sole of your foot so that the entire foot sole is massaged from the heel to the forefoot.

 

Repetition: Repeat for as long as you feel that your foot is benefiting from the movement
