Stretching/lengthening the spinal column
Anleitung
(1) Stand with your legs spread slightly apart and bent at the knees. (2) Stretch your arms up over your head, making sure not to lock out your knees. Now, straighten first one then the other arm, as if you were trying to pluck stars from the sky. (3) Alternate arms, trying to feel a stretch in the side of your upper body each time you reach the top of the movement. Keep your head level and do not go up onto your tiptoes. Perform the exercise slowly and in a controlled manner.
Repetition: daily, as often as possible: 1 minute
