Poor posture, hyperlordosis and kyphosis

Poor posture, hyperlordosis and kyphosis or Hyperlordosis and kyphosis occur when the abdominal and gluteal muscles cannot manage to maintain thevpelvis in its proper upright position. Sometimes these muscles are simply too weak and need to be strengthened. In a study of children and adolescents conducted at the Saarland University as part of the quot;Kidcheck Project", 6 out of 10 children were determined to have "bad posture". One astonishing finding was that this condition sometimes also affected children who exercised frequently and had good muscular fitness.
